Privacy and cookie policy ex Art 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

Studio Planit is constantly striving to protect the online privacy of its users.

  • A) Source of personal data and data controller
    This document has been prepared pursuant to Art 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: “Regulation”) in order to allow you to know our privacy policy. It describes the general modalities of the processing of the personal data of the users of the website and of the cookies and how your personal information is managed when you use our website www.studioplanit.com (hereinafter: “Website”). The information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired in the context of the use of the newsletter services, etc. will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity. According to the provisions of the Regulations, the processing carried out by Studio Planit will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and storage, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality. The data controller of the processing carried out through the Website is Studio Planit, with registered office in Via Monte Rosa 37/H – 26837 Cassino D’Alberi, to which you can refer for any information concerning the processing of personal data. This information is provided only for this Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. Please refer to any specific sections of the Site where you can find specific information and any requests for consent for individual processing. 
  • B) Types of data
    Following your navigation of the Website, we inform you that Studio Planit will process personal data (art. 4(1) of the Regulation) hereinafter only “Personal Data”. In particular, the Personal Data processed through the Website are the following:
    1. Navigation data
      The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning in order to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used by the competent authorities to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site
    2. Data provided voluntarily by the interested party
      Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms on the website to activate newsletters. On the pages of the site there is a form containing the fields: “Name”, “Surname” and “Email address”. By filling in the fields with your data and clicking on the subscribe button, the Site stores and maintains them in the database for future use in the manner and for the purposes described in this policy.

    Methods of data processing
    The processing of the data collected is managed by the Site by means of computer and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes outlined below and, in any case, so as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. For the delivery and management of the Newsletter, we use the service offered by MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means St., Suite 404 – 30318 – Atlanta, Georgia) and hereafter simply “MailChimp”. The collected data is stored on MailChimp’s secure servers. In accordance with MailChimp’s privacy policy, your data will never be used directly by MailChimp or sold by it to third parties. MailChimp uses appropriately authorized operators to maintain the service and in the exercise of this function they may have access to your data. In all cases, the safeguards set out in MailChimp’s privacy policy apply. In relation to the purposes described below, when the administrator sends the newsletter, the data is retrieved through the tools made available by MailChimp and through them the newsletter will be sent to you.

  • C) Purposes of the processing and legal bases
    The processing of personal data that we intend to carry out, with your specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes: To enable the provision of the Services of the Site; The legal basis of the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation) as the processing is necessary for the provision of the Service. The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional, but failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the Services provided by the Site.
  • D) Recipients of personal data
    Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes set out above, with persons authorised by Studio Planit to process Personal Data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality (e.g. employees and system administrators). persons, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to disclose your Personal Data by virtue of legal provisions or orders by the authorities.
  • E) Transfers of personal data
    Some of your Personal Data are shared with recipients who may be located outside the European Economic Area. Studio Planit ensures that your Personal Data is processed by these recipients in accordance with the Regulation. Indeed, transfers may be based on an adequacy decision, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another appropriate legal basis.
  • F) Your privacy rights under art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation Pursuant to art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation, you have the right to request Studio Planit at any time to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data or to object to their processing, you have the right to request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation. Requests should be addressed in writing to the Data Controller at the following email address info@studioplanit.com. In any case, you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent Control Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if it deems that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the legislation in force.
  • G) Amendments
    This privacy policy is in force as of 25/05/2018. Studio Planit reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or in full, including due to changes in applicable legislation. Studio Planit will inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Website. Studio Planit therefore invites you to regularly visit this section in order to be aware of the most recent and updated version of the privacy policy so as to be always up to date on the data collected and on the use made of such data by Studio Planit.
