Following your navigation of the Website, we inform you that Studio Planit will process personal data (art. 4(1) of the Regulation) hereinafter only “Personal Data”. In particular, the Personal Data processed through the Website are the following:- Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning in order to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used by the competent authorities to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site - Data provided voluntarily by the interested party
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms on the website to activate newsletters. On the pages of the site there is a form containing the fields: “Name”, “Surname” and “Email address”. By filling in the fields with your data and clicking on the subscribe button, the Site stores and maintains them in the database for future use in the manner and for the purposes described in this policy.
Methods of data processing
The processing of the data collected is managed by the Site by means of computer and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes outlined below and, in any case, so as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. For the delivery and management of the Newsletter, we use the service offered by MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means St., Suite 404 – 30318 – Atlanta, Georgia) and hereafter simply “MailChimp”. The collected data is stored on MailChimp’s secure servers. In accordance with MailChimp’s privacy policy, your data will never be used directly by MailChimp or sold by it to third parties. MailChimp uses appropriately authorized operators to maintain the service and in the exercise of this function they may have access to your data. In all cases, the safeguards set out in MailChimp’s privacy policy apply. In relation to the purposes described below, when the administrator sends the newsletter, the data is retrieved through the tools made available by MailChimp and through them the newsletter will be sent to you.
