We begin designing your trip with an informal meeting to understand your preferences, needs, and to determine if we’re the right fit for you. Crafting itineraries requires time and expertise, and our professional service fee reflects the value of our work. Our planning fee typically ranges from €130 to €385 per trip, depending on the length and complexity. We will provide you with an exact quote after we prepare the initial proposal.
About us
It all started with... a trip!
…an holiday I will never forget! We were in South Africa, a stirring pot of emotions: dining in the middle of the savannah sorrounded by an African atmosphere; glancing at the forest through the glass walls of our room which patio was built around a centenary tree; being “escorted” by one of the rangers to the open air restaurant to protect us from any possible encounters of wild animals. A deep and simple connection with nature, made more magical by sharing it with my family.
An experience so immersive which has radically changed my way of “living travel” and inspired me to shift the focus of Studio Planit’s objective. My mission is clear: authentic experiences to bring to life in places and slices of local life. In other words, emotions you will carry forever.

After years of working as an employee in various companies, in 2006, I decided to combine my extensive knowledge of travel, events, and languages by founding Studio Planit. After a couple of years, I focused on travels and in 2018 I reviewed my expertise, rebranded my boutique travel agency and devoted to providing personalized services.
